Day-to-day:
- Work closely with the Principal Consultant to strengthen existing and form new relationships with clients in our areas of expertise
- Work with clients in a constant feedback loop to navigate challenges they may face during the hiring process
- Source new candidates and assist in the growth of our talent pools
- Developing strong relationships with passive and active candidates
About You:
- We are open to individuals coming from a range of career pathways including:
- Agency recruitment in the IT/Data space
- Internal TA specialists in the IT/Data space
- IT professionals looking to transition into recruitment
- Sales/Relationship Management professionals
- Interest in gaining a deep understanding of various industries and technical roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hunger for achieving goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Our Candidate Managers will work closely with consultants to generate strong shortlists for our clients’ specific needs. We look for individuals who are proactive, thorough, passionate about helping people achieve their goals and have the ability to form relationships.
